**Masks are optional for a Home Visit and for In-Person Groups

**Only 1 Adult may accompany the child to an in-person Playgroup 

**Please read through the checklist below. If you answer "yes" to any of the questions for the adult or child attending group or all participants, including the child for a Home Visit, please stay home or reschedule your Home Visit.  

**You will be asked these questions again at the TOTE entrance if planning to come to the office. Thank you for your cooperation.
